[PD] Gem compilation errors

when trying to compile gem, i'm getting the following error:

../Pixes/pix_filmLinux.h:28:18: mpeg.h: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [pix_filmLinux.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/arkadyan/cvs/Gem/src/Pixes'
make: *** [subdirs] Error 255

My machine is running redhat 7.3 and i get this error when trying to compile both the release version and cvs version of gem. thanks for any help you can give me
