[PD] rhythm_estimator compilation for windows

has anyone has tried porting rhythm_estimator to windows? i have 
started, but i get an error running the help patches and anytime using 
the rhythm_estimator.pd abstraction.

the error reads:

"warning: histogram mass went small"

it seems to me like a problem with tables, perhaps in the 
rhythm_estimator.pd abstraction (some stuff gets broken now that i'm 
using pd .36, rhythm_estimator was written for a prior version) any idea 
what would cause this?
