[PD] Gem 2 AVI + HSV hue saturation + AVI sound data

Is it possible to save the output of the Gem window as an AVI file?

what objects exist to control hsv specifically hue and saturation?

is it possible to get the audio data from an AVI file in to pd, so that it 
will be played in sync with the video?
