[PD] Gem 0.87 and Pd 0.35-1

it works with pd-0.35. 

are you sure that gem is correctly loaded? is there a message "can't load gem 
library" in your console? if it's you must maybe call the library with the 
complete path to it, something like: pd -lib /usr/lib/pd/externs/Gem 

(i don't know)
