[PD] readanysf~ beta

Hi,
as i debugged August's readanysf~ under Windows i can say that the port 
is extremely simple, if not trivial.
It's just replacing the #include <unistd.h> and all <sys/*>  by 
#include <io.h>, if i remember correctly.
