[PD] midi device problem on OSX

Hi there,

I have finally solved my problem of getting midi working on OSX,
I have to implicitly start pd as:

pd -midiindev 0 -midioutdev 5

I have only one device though.
-midiindev 1(and+) or -midioutdev 4(and-) will not work and I don' t 
know why.
