[PD] New Portaudio Stuff in Windows on PD 0.37 test 4

PD always give me errors about the number of channels.....
.....seems that the device number is referred to NON Portaudio devices and
the input part and the output part have 2 different device number in the
list
when i type -listdev....

some more suggestion?
