[PD] Codewarrior compatibility

Hi,
actually hard to believe but according to some communication on the
CodeWarrior list, CW doesn't yet allow to link against an executable (such
as PD). In other words, the ld -bundle_loader option has no equivalent for
CW, and even more suprising it doesn't seem to be possible to let references
of a shared library file unresolved.
However, Metrowerks has now accepted this to be a bug and will possibly
implement this feature shortly.
Up to then: no CodeWarrior externals for PD at OSX!
