The machines have to run anyway on our Institute and have enough
reserves, also Plone is already installed, just have to add a new
Plone Site.

Thats true, so there are also Reviewers and Owner roles which can
handle delegation.

Technical maintainance on the hardware and OS part (Debian linux) has
to be done anyway. But in autumn we get a PD-adicted admin which will
put an additional eye on this until there we have some plone
specialist on the institute.

anyhow there is an PHPParser for Zope, but I dont think programing has
to be done a lot, but design work should be done with PageTemplates.

to thread this disussion, I have set up a wiki-page to discuss the
structure, just put some notes inside if you wish something special or
dont like something:

http://pd.iem.at/pdwiki/index.php

So I propose most of ideas should go in this Wikipage to be fixed.

The first draft should be done until 26.5, where implementation
starts. First ready page beginning of june.

Domain Names:

 - I think it is possible with the Virtual hostmonster to have
parallel Domainnames, which resolves also to sublinks, if they are not
absolute, so the site can be mapped by anyone who likes it as a
whole, like (www.supercoolPD.art) but also some homepages can be
mapped with a rewriterule on an apache Site.
