[PD] win 2k difrent number of in /ouut-channels

hi list
did today install pd an a new soundcard wiith 2 ins and 6 out
the commandline promt is: pd.exe -r 48000 -noadc -outchannels "4" -audiobuf "30"
if i try pd.exe -r 48000 -inchannels "2" -outchannels "4" -audiobuf "30"
i got distorted sound on channels 1 and 2
is this a problem of pd, and if, get this fixed in a furter release? i need to now cause i need in and outchannels, ore do i need a soundcard with the same number of in and outchannels ? . ..
