[PD] PD Launcher/External Manager

This works great with xp/nt/2k but doesnt have an equivalent in 98 or 95.
Depending on what systems you want to support you may want to look into
better solutions. (one based on where the PD executables are on your system
seems like it would be the best)

At a dos prompt if you type "set home" it shows you the homepath
variable,
which on my system points to the home-type folder I was talking about...
that would probably work, right?
