Try: man ftime

NAME
      ftime - get date and time

SYNOPSIS
      #include <sys/types.h>
      #include <sys/timeb.h>

      int
      ftime(struct timeb *tp);

DESCRIPTION
      This interface is obsoleted by gettimeofday(2).  It is available 
from the
      compatibility library, libcompat.
