[PD] neural networks and pd

I built and trained a neural network to identify chord roots.  It's an abstraction, though, not an external.  It's in the thesis example patches on my page at home.nyu.edu/~gmr222

There's also a PD implimentation of ANN floating around.  You might look in that direction...
