[PD] Motu 828 on OSX

Hi,

  This is an error portaudio. This has been corrected in April releases. 
Pd37 is meant to include the updated version but I never had it working.
You can recompile pd36 with the latest version of PA but your MOTU will 
never have its inputs working in pd.
Do a search in the archive and you will see that this is an issue with 
OSX and many sound card: no inputs.
