[PD] Pd/PortAudio/OSX/HDSP just one channel

Hi,
This will only work with pd0.36 not pd37.
Install pd0.36 update the pa_mac_core.c file inside the portaudio 
directory with one after the 10th of April 2003. Compile pd again.
NOTE: Adam Lindsay may have updated his pd installers so it may be 
easier to use his installer if you are not familiar with the process of 
compiling.
Then your soundcard should work. Outputs only though !
For more detail look inside the archive for OSX, portaudio inputs 
problem etc...
