[PD] Synaptics Touch Pad Win32

I just developped a new external. Very simple. Win32 only. It reads the position and contact surface size of your finger on a Synaptics Touch Pad. It can also disable cursor movement for intense finger jamming. Drawback : no simultaneous mouse + touch pad support.
It is part of the ongoing INCEST project.
