[pd] and midi

You need a 'virtual' midi connection. On Linux, this is built in, on
Windows you needed for example Huebi's midi loopback cable, when I was
still using Windows. Maybe it is still needed on XP?

Your Doepfer works, because Pd reads from the hardware device.
