[PD] [announce] netsend / netreceive for Max <-> Pd communication

Hi MAXers and PDers,

I have ported PureData's netsend and netreceive objects to Max to allow
easy communication between these two programs (and some more) through a
network (LAN or internet).

The new Max objects are supposed to be 100% compatible with their Pd
equivalents to make exchange of data (and patches) as easy as possible.
They support TCP/IP and UDP as transport protocol and are available for
OS X and OS 9 (but please note that the OS 9 versions do not work
correctly in TCP mode).
