if you need a modulo that works with floats, probably try [wrap] from 
zexy (quite new; use the cvs-version or get the latest from 
ftp://iem.at/pd/Externals/ZEXY )
it is also useful, if you not only want to wrap between [0, 360), but, 
say, between [-180, 180), or [3, 4) (maybe not that useful with degrees)

but then i am glad, people sent real pd-patches and not references to 
externals.
