[PD] PD and python

hi,

i remember that somebody mentioned not long time ago that had 
connected python to PD (via netsend, netreceive maybe?). It would 
be great if i could get some simple example or help about how to 
implement this.
I have checked the old pd mails but couldn't find an example or link 
to documentation.
