[PD] GEM stuff please!

i don't have all the prereqs installed for GEM to work. can somebody
please send them all to me or host them somewhere? i have an ftp on which
i can host them ONCE I GET THEM, but i also have 20 MB or so of crappy
angelfire/yahoo space that's more permanent. anyway i'd really like to use
GEM so somebody please send me the prereqs and stuff... for windows &
linux please. thanks,
