[PD] windows: DLL files

ok, i attached the patches in a zip file.
main file is LIVE3#4.PD.
disregard the messages saying sample-file
blabla is missing.

here on my desktop pc the DLL errors
don't appear!

by the way: do you know how i get the dB meter
to work?
