[PD] compiling devel_0_37

Hi list,
making 0.37 without having ALSA installed is not possible in the moment
since some portaudio files are dependent on it.
In configure.in three ../portaudio/pa_linux_alsa/ files are present which
cause the trouble and which should only be included with SOUND_ALSA defined.
Since i'm not familiar with autoconf and the likes i can't change it, but
maybe someone else can do that?
