[PD] Pd .37t6: alt-h in Windows, and MIDI

Dear all,

         Something I noticed after leaping into .37t6: when I press ALT-H 
for an hslider the "help" menu is expanded. This is pretty annoying.

         Also, I took Brad Kligerman's serendipitous results and put 
-listdev before my -mididev flags and lo and behold, .37 now works with 
MIDI in Windows. But I noticed that even though I have 8 MIDI Yoke devices, 
which show up with .36, only 7 show up as outputs in .37. I don't plan on 
using all of them anyway, but still I imagine this shouldn't be happening.
