Hi all,
I'm a newbie to pd, and I'm having probs with externals in os x. I have
a bunch of externals in PD_DIR/extra/, all with the extension
".pd_darwin", but when I try to use one of these externals by creating
an object and then typing the name of the external into it (without the
extension of course), I get a "couldn't create" err msg. usually i start
pd with only -rt as the flags; do I need additional flags or something?
Do I have to somehow configure pd to look in a particular directory for
externals? Do I have to do anything like a chmod +x to the externals?
TIA.
Phil
