[PD] forward & 0.37

i just compiled with:
  + gcc v2.95.4 (debian "woody")
  + sprinkler v0.04 (CVS)
    - Also available at: http://www.ling.uni-potsdam.de/~moocow/projects/pd
    - no code changes from v0.03

using:
  + ./configure --with-pd-dir=../pd-0.37-test8 --enable-forward

and things seemed to work fine, at least in the help patch.
