[PD] gem dual head (display :0.1) under linux

Hey patrick,

I use the nvidia drivers with the extended desktop. so my screen 0.0 is
actually two seperate screens. I then just use the gemwin offset message to
have the window open on the second screen. The second display is HW
accelerated with the nv drivers.
