[PD] gem, cylinder-type object

Newbie in using GEM...
I am trying to create a cylinder-type object, but I would like to be able
to control its upper opening and its lower opening and also the length of
the cylinder separately. With the cylinder example in GEM one can change
the whole object's size, but not separately each of these parameters. Is
it possible to do this within a pd-patch or does one need to write an
OpenGL-GEM object from scratch?
Does anybody have already such a patch?
