[PD] restoring $PATH ( ot i believe )

i would really appreciate help on this

i confess
i've been messing with the environment path variable
i am on macosx

commands like ls sudo are not recognized anymore

% echo $PATH
returns : /Applications/pd/bin/pd.tk

how can i restore the variable ?
how can i remove /Applications/pd/bin/pd.tk from it ?
