[PD] pd 0.37 test10 for windows

hi,

Ok, I like the new version, too! but want to add some points.

The selfextractor put a wrong link on my desktop icon. Seems to be
hard-coded to c:\pd\bin, whereas i installed my Pd to another drive.
The properties window for path extensions is to small (10 lines),
respectively it does not show all paths given in the start script.
I wonder how the audio-settings (input, output, midi) can be saved? Maybe in
a standardized pd.ini-file?
