[PD] VC++ help with .dll

i keep getting these linking errors, and the only stuff i found on the web
is that in the project menu, under settings, in the C/C++ preprocessor tab,
i have to include a bunch of stuff. i'm not sure what to do so any help is
extremely appreciated. thanks!
