Hi all I have compiled a version of GEM for the G5/PPC 970 and you can get it here: http://taproot.dyndns.org/~cgc/downloads/ This version has the basic optimizations required for the best performance from the new hardware. If anyone has one of these machines let me know, I'm curious as to how well GEM runs on it. cgc
