if you have cygwin installed make a shortcut w/ a target like this: D:\WINDOWS\cygwin\bin\bash.exe --login -c "run /d/install/pd/bin/pd.exe" or point it to a .bat for even more options. supposedly you can run "run" without cygwin too, havent tried. it just launches teh app w/o the accompanynig dos window.
