[PD] pd cvs and packages

Hi all,

At IRCAM's request, I've quit distributing the source code to the paf~
object.  I think this means I have to distribute paf~ separately from Pd
proper.  I haven't got this packaged yet.

In the meantime, to respect IRCAM's wishes on this, it would be best not to
try to maintain paf~ sources in CVS.
