[PD] PiDiP 12.6 trouble

hello all,

the latest PiDiP configs and makes without complaint, but won't load and 
reports this error:

/home/bsack/pd/pidip-0.12.6/pidip.pd_linux: 
/home/bsack/pd/pidip-0.12.6/pidip.pd_linux: undefined symbol: 
ScaleShortToQuantum
/home/bsack/pd/pidip-0.12.6/pidip: can't load library

i have ImageMagick-5.4.7 from .rpm, not sources ... is this the problem?
