[PD] 0.37 Version Compilation error on RH 8

RH8 probably used gcc-3.3 as its default compiler.  3.3 has stricter 
warnings, like the one that caused this to die.  You need to change 
your link so that 'cc' and/or 'gcc' points to gcc < 3.3.

Or you can do this:

"make CC=gcc-3.2"
