[PD] Compliation error from cvs version !!! paf~ object

Hi Luigi,
i removed the paf folder from the main cvs branch with version 0.37 because
Miller suggested to do so. (IRCAM doesn't want it to be distributed with pd
any longer). It seems like i forgot to fix the Makefile accordingly. I'll do
that shortly.
