[PD] syntax od .pdrc-file

.pdrc serves mainly a role of putting all your command line arguments and 
switches so that you don't have retype it everytime you start a pd session.  
So, with .pdrc you can configure your pd runtime session in the same way 
you'd do it by passing pd a number of options.
