[PD] pdp_yqt

hi,

pdp_yqt is a pidip object but very similar
to pdp_qt from pdp.
it's just a movie reader, there's no help patch
because all help patches use it
with all its functionalities
( open, bang, loop ).
pdp_qt has more option.
