[PD] PD Logo

[Hans-Christoph Steiner]

There are a number of logos around.  I am all for a logo contest.  I 
just made a set and put them in the Windows and MacOS X installers.  My 
main point is that he app and file icons should be different but 
related.

We should set up a "Topic" on the website to gather all of people's 
icons.  I'll do it when I get some time unless someone else beats me to 
it.  I am still a little vague as to how to how to create Keywords for 
the topic.
