[PD] pd 0.37 osx cvs icons

Will this not result in a mess anyway? I don't know how it is on OS-X,
but on Linux, you cannot use a patch as an abstraction anymore if it
doesn't contain .pd anymore. You can open it, but I don't know if this
will stay this way. What's the official word on .pd-less pd
patches?
