[PD] Mac OS X Panther and PD/Gem

Pd/GEM work fine with Panther.  The problems I had with OpenGL and Quicktime in
early seeds have by and large been fixed.  Opening patches and starting Pd seem
faster as well, and Tcl/Tk might even be slightly more efficient (but still not
great by any means).
