[PD] PIDIP configure confusion

this is a compression-library which is so common, that you usually need to
mention...
i think the package name is somthing like bzip2 or libbz2...
m.

I made the changes, but I'm still getting hung-up at the message:

configure: error: streaming requires bz2 library!!


I have no idea what these libraries are. I've installed everything in
the install readme 5 times and I can't get by this one?
Any ideas??
