[PD] PIDIP configure confusion

I'd really like to get this worked out because I think I"m not far away 
from getting this compiled, BUT:

I've compiled it 25 times with the latest ...

But I still get this error when I try to do a _make_...

I'm not sure where ffm
I'm getting frustrated but I"m sticking with this because I'm sure it
