[PD] PIDIP configure confusion

hi,

oops, its seems that in latest ffmpeg snapshots,
AVFMT_NOHEADER has been changed to
AVFMTCTX_NOHEADER ...

hum, better patch it for now ( in pdp_live~ ).

sorry, i was busy these last days
and didn't have the time to check out.
