hi there!

I just built a multichannel audio video mixer and am now trying to analyze the audio to get some video control signals.
What i have got so far i attack detection for each channel using bonk~.
I am now looking fro more control signals... could be another 01-signal like bonk delivers if you can think of anything but something anaolg would be more interesting.
Is it possible to do a frequency analysis to get a value between 0 and 100 which measures the depth of the spectrum in a certain range or something similar to that? 
As a programmer unfortunatly i am not that much into audio analysis yet, so sorry if this sounds kind of weird :-)
