[PD] compiling pd on osx with tcl/tk (x11)

hi sam,

...uh, that'd be me, and I forgot to post it to the list...haven't 
tested it thoroughly, but you are welcome to give it a try...the cool 
thing is that it only uses x11 for the canvas:  coreaudio is still 
used, and so is native opengl stuff for gem...
