[PD] pdp_pidip_osx package install problems

Yves--

I was wondering if it were possible to distribute this with the fink
dependencies statically linked. Fink is really quite a bore to install.
:)  Really, it's quite a heavy, "greedy" (i.e., it takes over more than
it needs to) system that's otherwise unnecessary for PD stuff.
