[PD] electric fish analysis

HI all .
I'm trying to analyse the electric signal emited by a fish called " gnathonémus ".
I put 3 electrodes in the aquarius ( 1 for the ground and 2 for hot point ) , and plugged it into my sound card . 
My pd file put the adc~ object into an env~ so i get something like the intensity of the signal ( am i wrong ?) . 
What i need is to  separate the  frequences , phase , and intensity from the raw signal : is there object that can do such stuff ?
