I read this one and it helped me a good bit.

Learning Unix for Mac OS X, 2nd Edition
by Dave Taylor, Brian Jepson

I'm sure there are others as well.  It was about $14 or so.

There's a new edition too called:
Learning Unix for Mac OS X Panther
by Dave Taylor, Brian Jepson (Publisher)
